Her dad is also a heavy hitter in the insurance world and she has seen the meaningful impact that he's made in his clients' lives during his 30+ years in the industry. Robin opened her practice in Varsity to help her clients with their insurance needs. She works with a small group of hand-picked licensed agents who are the first point of contact whenever clients have questions. As local agents, they differ from insurance call centres that transfer your call from one department to another. Their office has robust safety protocols in place so that you can drop into the office for an in-person meeting with peace of mind, or they are also happy to help you remotely as well! The pandemic has been a different experience for everyone and Robin's team is happy to accommodate clients' risk tolerance - risk is, after all, something they consider quite often in the insurance industry.

While the pandemic has affected us in different ways, Robin & her team recognize that they are fortunate to continue offering exceptional service to the clients by phone and email. Many other small, local businesses may not be able to continue their operations so this Desjardin team is making efforts to support and contribute back to the community. Each month, the agency gives back to the community with various acts of kindness. Sometimes they donate shoes to the Women's Shelter, treat teachers & nurses to local bakery treats.
