Online advertising is a whole 'nother world. Don't worry, that's where I come in! I analyze the likely demographic, occupation, income level, and geographic areas of the next buyer that might fall in love with your property. Don't mean to be creepy, but I target them and RE-target them to make sure that your beautiful home comes across the screen of the ideal buyers. Have you looked at something on Amazon and had it follow you around the internet? Yup, we sure do that too!
Don't get me wrong, there is definitely value in some traditional marketing tools as well. I am a firm believer in using mixed approaches to tap into your target audience. Premium feature sheets, open houses, phone calls are valuable tools that we use to market your home. With pandemic restrictions in place we've obviously had to get a little more creative; open houses are not permitted right now, and people are generally more hesitant to pickup hardcopies - which is all the more reason to take advantage of the digital exposure.
